Staff from HUMANE Member Institutions and Residential School Alumni benefit from the members rate of €1,215. Non HUMANE Members will be charged €1,715. Non HUMANE Members may attend if they meet the following criteria: they are from a higher education institution that delivers degree programmes in at least two of the three Bologna cycles (BA, MA, doctorate). Non-member applications are subject to review before acceptance. The Secretariat will apply the correct rate.

By registering to the HUMANE Study Visit I have read, noted and agree that:*
HUMANE and Leiden University fully intend to deliver the HUMANE Training Programme. If however, restrictions require it to be postponed, participants will be notified with as much notice as possible.

Neither HUMANE nor Leiden University are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects during the HUMANE Training Programme in Leiden. Participants attending the HUMANE Training Programme in Leiden do so at their own risk and responsibility.

Cancellation policy*
Cancellation fees will apply as follows if you cancel your participation:
– up to 1 September 2024, no cancellation fee
– from 2 to 19 September 2024, 50% of the fee
– from 20 September 2024 onwards, 100% of the fee
