Please accept my registration for the 9th ALUMNI SEMINAR, 30 September - 01 October 2011. I understand the seminar fee will be €375 which I will pay on receipt of an invoice.
I understand that once I have received written confirmation of my registration, cancellation fees will apply at varying rates for cancellations within 21 days of the Seminar. I understand that cancellation fees will apply as follows:
8 September 2011 to 22 September 2011: 50% fees

23 September 2011 onwards: 100% fees

I understand that the Winter School Alumni are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects during the seminar. Participants attending the seminar do so at their own risk and responsibility.
